Terms of Service

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your goods. We may decline or cancel an order where stock, pricing or delivery details are incorrect, and we will refund you in full if we do.

Prices shown include VAT at the prevailing UK rate unless stated otherwise. Delivery is quoted per order based on weight, pallet requirement and postcode, and is shown at checkout before you pay. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

Estimated lead times are given in good faith and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check pallets and parcels before signing and note any damage on the driver's paperwork — see our delivery information.

Unused, unopened goods in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Exclusions, carriage rules and how to start a return are set out in our refund policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the goods are received and checked.

Coverage rates, technical data and images are provided by manufacturers as a guide. You are responsible for confirming that a product suits your subfloor, site conditions and installation method. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions.

Manufacturing faults are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and we will raise the claim on your behalf. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for labour costs, lost time or consequential loss arising from faulty or incorrectly specified goods. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
